We´re using actions user plus for pais submissions and set up two Event Submission Levels. So how is it possible to filter by those? Like I want to show a list with only events from one of those specific levels. Is there already a short code for that?

You can use Event Type for this: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/confused-event-type-categories/.
The problem is that you’ll have to assign a category to each submitted event manually.
the latter is exactly the problem. Those event submission levels should have an unique ID though – no way to use those as a short code?
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
