I updated the EventOn, Seats and Tickets Plugin but now the Seats does not work anymore for existing events, the edit page is blank
I updated the EventOn, Seats and Tickets Plugin but now the events does not work anymore for existing events.
After upgrading to the latest version, the eventd does not work for existing events. If I create a new event then it seems like features/seats are working, but not for existing events. It shows a blank edit screen for the event in wordpress admin side.
When I check the developer console, I see this:

Hello Wasif, sorry for the issues you had with new updates. We did lot of tests and never came across those issues. So thank you for pointing them out and I want to help you get those fixed fast.
Would you mind sending me FTP access to your site? I have fixed the map size issue. Would need to look closer at not able to add seats.

Thanks for looking into this.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help with this issue. We are trying to fix the background image which is getting cut off and the adding to cart issue by the afternoon. We are planning on announcing/marketing starting 3pm CST so hopefully we can resolve it by then

This is much better for the formatting, but for some reason it isnt letting me add to the cart to check out? Can that be fixed?

It works fine for me.
Seat added to cart and was redirected just fine. Can you please clear cache and give it a try again.

Hmmm I’m still getting the error message, i’m using safari and chrome (checked on laptop and mobile device). After clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button, it doesn’t do anything for me, no redirect.
Attached is the screenshot of error message i get when i click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. (When i setup an event with tickets but no seating, it redirects to checkout page fine, only when there are seats it doesnt redirect)

Here is more information about the error that im getting on my devices. I also had a few other people test it and they are not redirected to checkout either.
When I click the “Find Prayer Spaces” and it expands to show the seating map then i get the post map error (not sure if that has anything to do with it). Then after choosing a space then clicking ‘Add to Cart’ then it gives that evovo_ajax_obj is not defined error .

Now it seems to be working on most devices, but some devices it doesnt work on for some reason.
Thank you so much for helping me with this issue so far! I really believe this is one of the best plugins out there, and recommend this plugin for the quality and the fast support you guys give! I wouldn’t dream of using any other plugin for ticketing and seat reservation, they dont even come close to this one.

That javascript issue you were referring to in here http://www.valleyranchmasjid.org/events/sponsor-prayer-spaces-2/ should be resolved with new files I uploaded. It was probably your cache.
Do you know for sure which mobile device the map selection doesnt work?
FYI, today is friday and we dont work on weekends so you may not get a reply from us during the weekend but we will be back monday and will be answering tickets in the order they are updated.
