Problems with countdown addon

Hi, we just bought your countdown addon and we want to show it on our page but when we confiugre the addon we d0n’t see the countdown, we just se the title fo the counter without numbers, and also the event locks and we cant open it for see the information of the event

We need urgent help with this

  hi, the problem is that if we activate it the event does not unfold and it does not show the event information.

  The problem is that your theme is trying to load another countdown. Could you please contact theme developer and ask them how can you remove it from specific pages?
