RSVP notifications not being received

Hi there, can you please investigate this query, my client karabina.co.za which the RSVP plugin is installed is not receiving the email notifications when someone RSVPs.

Please can you have a look and assist. Their email address is working, sending and receiving mails.

  I have diged into it and I noticed that the issue is because of your hosting provider and their SMTP function.
  
  it is not something related to our plugin we are afraid.
