Please follow this guide https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/import-additional-fields-using-hooks/ and try to use post_tag as a field name.

Please check the HTML code of Edit Event page:
Selected Speaker IDs should be in event_speakers.
You can also send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
