Show the Adult ticket price first in dropdown on EventCard
On the EventCard, I need the ‘Ticket type’ dropdown to display the Adult ticket and price by default. Currently, if I have Adult and Child ticket variables, the Child one displays automatically, and customers are buying Child tickets by mistake.

Hello,
Please go to Edit Event > Tickets > FURTHER EDIT > Variations > set Default Form Values: to No default OR Adult.

Yes, I tried that but it doesn’t work. Please try it yourself; go to this page:

Click the event on 1 March (), then click the ‘Order Now’ button. The Child ticket option displays first, as if by default, or like it’s been pre-selected.

Please update EventON to 2.8.5 and Tickets add-on to 1.7.11. No issues on our test server: http://dev2.myeventon.com/events/var-4/ (selected “No default”).

OK, but where can I find version 2.8.5 of EventON? The version in my downloads is 1.7.11 – see attached screenshot.

Please go to CodeCanyon and check Account > Download. More info:
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
