Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start doesn't seem to be working.
I am trying to add 24 hours or 1440 minutes to the section “Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start” and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’d also tried 15 minutes and that also doesn’t seem to work.
I’m trying to make it so that any tickets I have for sale in the booking manager disappear to the public when that time has hit.

If you are referring to https://www.capcityarcade.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=759&action=edit then please note that it starts on Dec 31. “Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start” depends on Event Start Time and not Start Time of Booking Block.

Yes, I was referring to any of my events.
I understand that the event starts on Dec 31….but it really isn’t an event. All I am doing is selling entrance tickets to my business.
This actually opens up a larger question…if I am using the Booking Manager, and I am using the dates in the Booking Manager to sell tickets, I really don’t want or need to be using an Event Date at all.
How does one sell tickets in the Booking Manager WITHOUT setting an Event date? The Event date shows up on the tickets, but it is wrong…because the Booking Manager is what is being used to pick the dates and times of the tickets.
I have gone in and using CSS removed the Event date of the emailed tickets, but each time there is an update, the Event date shows back up on the tickets.
I would just like to use the Booking Manager to sell tickets on the days and times within the Booking Manager itself and NOT have an “Event” date at all.

I don’t think you need Booking add-on in your case. Maybe try Repeating Events?
Please check this test event: http://dev2.myeventon.com/events/test-45/var/ri-2.l-L1/. I put 1440 to Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start so as you can see tickets are available only starting from Aug 23.
In order to change Event Time you can either use Custom Repeats or this add-on: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/repeat-customizer/. Try on http://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

I’m not sure what you mean by that.
I am not really having an “event”. I am simply selling tickets to my business.
I set up 1 Event called “Tickets” and within the Booking Manager I am selling Tickets to different days and times.
To set up a different “Event” for each block of tickets I want to sell would be a painful amount of work.
To set up different “Events” for even the different Days I wanted to sell tickets wouldn’t work because if I had multiple blocks of time for 1 Event, the “Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start” would only work for the entire event and NOT for each booking block of time.
I would like to:
Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start” as well as other options that make sense.
1) Use the Calendar Interface.
2) Simply sell tickets using the Booking Manager. Tickets for different time blocks on different days.
3) Have options for each one of those time blocks to be able to stop selling the tickets “This all works fine with the standard interface but as soon as I want to use the Booking Manager’s Calendar interface a lot of these options no longer work.
I don’t think the “Repeat Customizer” would work either as again I want to use the Calendar Interface for my customers, that is why I purchased that.

Attached is your example image.
This is 1 Event that has multiple time booking slots. Now, if I wanted to “Stop selling tickets X minutes before event”, lets says 15 minutes before the Event. Then I would have to stop selling tickets 15 minutes before the FIRST (8:30AM) Event….that would also apply to the LAST (4:00PM) Event.
What I would like to be able to do, is to “
Stop selling tickets X minutes before event start” for EACH time slot. ie 15 minute before 4:00pm as well as all other time slots.

I don’t want to have to make a separate Event for every single one of those booking time slots, and for every single day.
PLUS, I wouldn’t get the same Calendar interface with individual Events that I do with the Booking Manager.
It quite honestly makes the Booking Manager somewhat useless…if I can’t use it and have to make different Events anyway.

Hi brad, so you are hoping to stop selling each booking block 15 min before that block time. Unfortunately the stop selling tickets x minutes feature is only developed for tickets addon and the compatibility for it is not there for booking addon. You may submit a feature request for this to be developed.
