Basic shortcode not working

Hello,

I just purchased this plugin and trying add my first calendar. The site’s pages are built with cornerstone on the X theme. While in the cornerstone graphical editor the calendar shows up but when I go to the site page I just see:

[add_eventon]

If I inspect the page I see the following code:

[add_eventon]

The code used in cornerstone is the following:

[code][add_eventon][/code]

Am I missing something? Have you seen this?

The website is https://www.hopeformellc.com/. Thanks!

      remove [code]    [/code]

      it should just be [add_eventon]

I use the pro version of that theme – just put the shortcode into a text element

I have done it for you

Thank you. For some reason I got stuck in my head that I needed the [code][/code] tags based on some documentation I saw.  I should have just tried the shortcode itself as I have used others from other plugins. Thanks also for guidance on putting it in a text element. Sorry for wasting your time.
