Can the ‘collapsed style’ of the ticket sale section be removed?

Dear Support Team,

Is it possible to remove the ‘collapsed style’ of the ticket sale section with the ‘Order now/Jetzt bestellen’ call to action (see screenshot 1) and display the dropdown ‘Choose an option/Wähle eine Option’ straight away? (see screenshot 2)

For the user to first have to click on the ‘Order now’ button in order to choose an ticket adds an extra and unnecessary step to the user experience. We would like to cut it out and display the options drop down straight away. How can this be achieved?

  Set Variable Prices Tickets
  , please change your ticket type to Simple.

  However we get the error message you can see in the screenshot attached. I can’t find the setting that is in the way of the Ticket Variations Addon. Could you advise me on which setting that may be?

  I was able to set up the Ticket Variations via the Addon. However since setting it up we can’t add tickets to the shopping basket any longer, which was previously possible. See screenshot and link:
