Is it possible to attach an external PDF file (actual file, not a link) to the email generated when buying a ticket?

I know about the PDFer but what I need is to attach a pre-made PDF (think of a book.pdf) -not the ticket- to the ticket email.
not by default, however you can add a pdf as a download (as a virtual product)
to have it in an email would require customization- (although I would look to see if there is a woocommerce plugin on the repository that say includes a link to the download in the email
You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
