I don’t exactly know how this took place but when you edit an event that has already a relationship to a product, it will create duplicate products. Please fix this.
Apr 11,2021 AT 7:11AM - 4 years ago -Hello,
Could you tell us do you duplicate events from Edit Event > Duplicate or wp-admin > Events > Duplicate?
Please also send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
I am sorry I am not able to replicate this on our end. Can you please tell me the steps we can take to replicate this?
Hi Ashan,
someone of your Team has logged into the backend of my verveforce.de WordPress and created a new Event named test on 12th of April 10:35 MEST.
As you can see, this has generated 3 different products named test having different SKU values.
You already have replicated this in my backend.
Hey Andreas,
Yes we apologize for this. We did and most probably Ashan missed the ticket review we left.
But, Ahsan will check over this again just give him the time explanation is now there.
here is the patch fix to resolve this. — code : https://codeshare.io/2pywB9
this will be in the next version update to tickets which I think we will be able to release this week.
If you have more questions, kindly send us a new ticket and we would be more than happy to help you resolve your issues!
