Please go to EventON Settings > Single Events > disable Create Single Events Page Sidebar.

You can send us a customization request from Customize EventON Page.
But I quite sure that you can achieve what you need through EventON Settings. Please go to EventON Settings > Single Events > disable Create Single Events Page Sidebar.
