Has a solution been found for thousands of qr code images to take place in the media library and prevent access to other images? Although some media folder creation plugins allow to move them to a subfolder, this still has to be done manually.

thanks… yes, I know Ashan is working on it. take it easy… best wishes…
Thank you 🙂
As we are looking into an efficient way and a secure way of doing this, I came across this plugin which does a great job in organizing uploaded file. https://wordpress.org/plugins/filebird/
Yes dear Ashan, we have been using that plugin for a while too. We have created separate folders for both qr codes and pdf tickets.
However: we have to manually move all those png and pdf files to this folder one by one. And we pay additional because we can’t exclude them in image optimization software.
So, we will continue like this, desperate, but it would be nice if you could find a solution 🙂
One more small note without opening a separate topic: Did you check the 0.10 version of the ticket variations addon together with the seats addon?
Best wishes…

Hi There,

I believe we have tested and it work working fine. Would you mind kindly sharing screenshots to give us a better idea please?
Hey,
I tested this and yes it seems to be a bug from us, I have asked our CEO to review it
Hi,
A quick follow up we have not forgotten about this, we are working around it.
Hi, i have the same problem. I need to move the QR-Codes out of the media library (or into a subfolder).
Addtionally the images of the QR-Codes are numbered by concecutive integers (qr_code-1.png, qr_code-2.png, qr_code-3.png,… The images are linked in the E-Mails, so if one looks into one email, one can guess qr-code-names and download them…
The best solution would be a hook to set the qr-code folder, and to name the qr-codes with a unique string.
Thanks for your effort! 🙂
Hi There,
I will do close this because there is inactivity at the request.
