In the form to submit an event, the user is only able to select from the dropdown list of previous locations. I need them to be able to put in their location even if its a new one. How do i change these permissions. I want the user to have the same location option as in the backend.

Could you go to EventON Settings > Action User > Form Settings > enable Allow creating new?
