I have a problem with a message “Sorry, your session has expired” in the checkout process (using your “Event Tickets” plugin). This problem happens only on mobile and not on desktop where the checkout process is ok.
I don’t have a particular cache plugin that can explain this.

Could you send us a screenshot? I’ve tried to check this on my mobile and Checkout shows the correct info with no errors.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
I did the tests, and brought to an answer, but finally not the one that was expected. You have to accept the cookies whose warnings are managed by the theme in place for it to work.
