PDFER Dont generate the QR in the PDF "Image not found or type unknown"
I have configured my EVENTON and installed PDFER and everything seems to work fine except for the QR generation inside the PDF since an image appears with an X and the text “Image not found or type unknown”.

Meanwhile could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to this. Since QR Code addon version 2.0 we introduced to save qr code images into a separate folder. Kindly update PDFer addon version 0.7 this should resolve the issue as it is on our end.

Hello Ashan, i updated all Eventon Plugins, Pdfer to 0,7, Eventon Full Cal, Eventon Tickets and seats and i continue with the problem the QR in the PDF is missing.

you can see the QR code with correct URL. We are using a PDFDOM library which is suppose to convert everything HTML into pdf even the images and it works fine on our end…
To be honest I am not sure whats going on. We can not replicate this on our side…

Interesting. Are you running an older event ticket version? because that function is suppose to get an encrypted ticket number as the first param.
