EventOn not loading – EventON Help Desk

EventOn not loading

As of today, July 18th, EventOn is not showing. It looks like it’s continuously loading.

I tried many steps to fix and came inconclusive.

Please help.

  Hello,
  
  As a temporary solution I went to to EventON > EventTop > EventTop Main Day block fields > enabled Event Day Name.
  
  We are working on fixing this in the next release.

  I have the same issue in my page. The temporary fix worked well.

  I have now developed the same problem my list looks as if loading but never does.
  
  The patch looks complicated as not sure which is the problem Event On application or where to add the code.
