Using NOT in the shortcode not working

Hi,

I tried to use the following code to exclude event type 3 from my customer calendars
If you want to exclude Event Type 3 completely then you need to add:

event_type_3=”NOT-68,NOT-69,”

OR even better:

event_type_3=”NOT-all,”

This is a page I want to exclude event type 3 https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/
This is a page where I want to see all event types https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/event/

However it’s not working, I have reverted back to only include event type 1 & 2 but it would be better to exclude

also, when I look at different options in eventon, such as appearance, the event type 3 does not appear.

Thanks
Helen

      Hello,

      Is seems that NOT-all doesn’t work, however NOT-68,NOT-69, does. Please take a look at:

      https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=85955&action=edit

      https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=85947&action=edit

      https://www.foodsorcery.co.uk/85949-2/ (make sure to publish previous events first)

      However, it seems that NOT-all does work on our test site:

      https://dev2.myeventon.com/30956-2/

      Example event: https://dev2.myeventon.com/events/test-4-2/

      Could you or can we please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
