Can't change sortation of schedule blocks

If I change the order it works but it will not save.
The added schedule block stays on the bottom.

  Had to switch back for event on and schedule add-on. Its not usable!

  Di it your self. It the header. Click on the header and it will transform from the colored header into a schedule “block” thing.
  
  First image is the header, second is after you click on it. It transforms.
