Could you update Action User add-on? There is a new version available that should fix the issue.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Were you intending to purchase somethign else? 

Also as artem mentioned kindly update action User to latest version seems like some styles are not laoading onto the page in there. and the form formatting is off because of the missing styles and script files.

it appears the theme or another plugin is overiding the submit form

the date pickers do not load – mush of the css is overidden  its a bit hard to diagnise without wp-admin access as that tokan has expired

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

this will allow us to know whats causing the overide- once we know which plugin or theme that will help us figure out why its not working

Kindly try Dave’s suggestions and let us know if you are able to find the conflicting plugin and get it to work.
