Display of filters only attached to an event

Hello,
I displayed the search filters by default. for better use of the Internet user. it’s perfect.
However, I want to know if it is possible to hide categories that do not have an event?
Thank you, Mél

categories appear if there is an event within that category

you can manually change the shortcode to always hide that category – (but I do not believe thats what you are after)

if a category has an event even in the past- that category will appear

currently there is no way to hide a category if there are past events but it is an interesting idea I can see this being useful

(if you are willing to permanently delete past events that should give you that feature set in myeventon>>>>setings>>>>advanced settings)

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

      Hello,

Over a year ago I was looking for how to hide empty event categories in the search filter. I tried adding code to functions.php but it doesn’t work. Do you have any leads?
