We have the RSVP and Reminder addons. I am trying to customize our reminder emails so that it includes our branding and looks like the email is legitimately coming from our organization. The tooltip next to the Email Message field indicates that we can include HTML content inside the message, but any HTML I add to the text editor gets stripped when I save changes. Is there a particular way I need to be adding the HTML to the reminder email messages?

Could you make sure that you are using the latest version of the add-on?

FIXED: email message html content stripped off
Hi,
Yes, we are using version 0.6 for Reminders. It looks like we were using a slightly outdated version of the RSVP add-on, but I updated that today, and the problem is persisting.
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
Hi, I have the exact same problem.
Do you have the solution please ?
Could you try applying this patch fix?
Hi,
With version 0.7, it does let me save HTML content in the reminder email fields now. However, when I am testing the reminder emails with one email that doesn’t use HTML and one that does, only the email without HTML is being sent. Thank you for your help!
any chance you can enable wordpress WP_DEBUG and see if that records any PHP errors for the email that does not go through? we will also do tests on our end to see if we can catch anything.
