***URGENT ISSUE: HUNDREDS OF ORDERS PROCESSED DAILY***
There are random orders that trigger a fatal error during order processing: CRITICAL Uncaught TypeError: unlink(): Argument #1 ($filename) must be of type string, WP_Error given in /home/888190.cloudwaysapps.com/tutaczjhqx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eventon-qrcode/includes/class-checkin.php:200
This results in an error message at checkout that says “error processing checkout. please try again” but the order already charged the customer.
The order ends up completing BUT the ticket email is not sent. So the customer ends up trying multiple times to complete the order and gets charged every time. In some cases they don’t show to the event because they never received their ticket email.
- Jan 9,2024 AT 5:22PM - 1 year agoThe problem is google Charts Api Jakob. I think Eventon is working on this! if you cant wait you can include https://phpqrcode.sourceforge.net/ and generate the QR from your server.
