Is there an option to change the dropdown to see details in the view attendees?
Sep 27,2024 AT 7:44AM - 5 months ago -Here is an example of the issue.
Staff have to click on each attendee to see the details.
This must have been added on our last update.
We would prefer all details are available to see without user interaction.
This drop down feature is also in the ticket order, again we would prefer to see all details when view the page.

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
It’s very important to our business that the display of view attendee information is returned to the way it was in previous versions.
This feature was imposed on an update. There should be an option or additional code applied that expands all view attendee information as soon as possible.
I do not think that a feature request is the appropriate solution to this issue.
We do not have the time or the luck to have such a request voted in by other users.
All view attendee information was displayed in previous versions, and see no reason why it should be hidden.
Please advise.

Could you send us a screenshot of where it says about this functionality?
That’s my point there is no option to switch the drop down on or off.
Please see the attached screenshot in the previous post which illustrates the details with and without the drop.
Our preference is to see all the details without having to click the drop down button of each customer. This is time consuming and frustrating for the reception stuff who might have to do this for up to 250 customers a day. It’s even more frustrating as it was never an issue before. The customer details were always on display.
Can we have the drop down removed or the option to display all the customer information please?

I’ve tried what you suggested with no change.
Ok, we updated the plugins a month ago. After the update, in the view attendees section, see attached image, the customer details are hidden and have to be seen by clicking the arrow to see the information.
This was not there before our last up date.
Try manually clearing your browser cache.
