Dear EventON Support Team,

On our current website bahnhof.cc, we are using a badge on upcoming events to show the number of available spots. However, on our new EventON-based website (https://crazy-greider.185-243-11-79.plesk.page/), I cannot find an option to display the available spots directly in the event front view.

Additionally, I would like to show a status such as “Sold Out” or “Fully Booked” in the event list view, when all RSVP spots have been taken.

Another issue we’ve encountered: when a user reserves tickets (for example, 10 spots are available) and then edits their reservation afterward, it’s possible to reserve more tickets than are available. It seems that the system does not re-check the available spot count during the edit process.

This allows guests to initially reserve 5 tickets and then later edit their reservation to increase the number to 10 or more, even if fewer spots are available — effectively allowing overbooking.

We would appreciate any guidance on how to:

Show available spots on the front view/list view of each event.

Display a “Sold Out” or similar label when no more spots are available.

Prevent overbooking when users modify their existing reservations.
