Updated Action User to 2.5.2 and it's stopped working altogether - clicking submit event brings up a blank box with no options: https://ww

After updating Action User to 2.5.2 the upload an event system doesn’t work at all
a blank box appears when selectin upload an event:
https://www.totnespulse.co.uk/add-an-event/

I have updated the PHP on the system in advance of activating.
