RSVP points not working unable to buy points

in have installed rsvp points and woocommerce

HERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION FOR RSVP POINTS what the hell ???

i have created a page with the shortcode mentionned in another tickets
when i click on ‘add to basket’, a red line appears, with no message, i have nothing in cart

The option ‘associate with woocommerce product’ is not visible in RSVP settings, like in the dev website

PLease HELP !!!
