Events are set up by user A.
In the edit screen, clicking the "Manage Assigned Users" button brings up the screen to select other users but it's buggy.
Selecting a box in the pop up window doesn't seem to take any effect.
After selecting an assigned user by checking a box, the window immediately disappears (making it impossible to multi-select). The window will not appear again if you click the button again.
After saving the event, the user does not have access to the event through the front end event manager.
