Please check Event 106776.
I have several issues:
- After having put the ticket in the cart, nothing happens anymore
- View Cart / Order now is no more visible but you need to refresh the page to get it shown
- After payment of the order the status stays in "processing" and is not going to "completed"
- No ticket is generated and nothing is being send to the customer
It's very frustrating that I have issues every few months. I checked now for hours what could be the reason. I found nothing. Wordfence has been deactivated / nothing - I setup a complete new Event / nothing
Can you urgently help - I need to launch the Event rapidly.
