Day 3 missing in Speakers & Schedule for a 3-day event with an early end time
Hi,
I’m having an issue with the Speakers & Schedule add-on for a multi-day event.
The event is configured as:
- Start: September 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM
- End: September 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM
So the event clearly spans 3 calendar days: September 8, 9, and 10.
However, when I edit a Schedule Block, the Alternative Day Number dropdown only shows:
- Day 1
- Day 2
Day 3 is missing.
It looks like the number of available schedule days may be calculated based on the event duration in 24-hour periods rather than the actual calendar dates covered by the event.
For example, if the event ends on September 10 at 2:00 PM, Day 3 is not available, even though September 10 is still part of the event. When I change the end time to 6pm though, Day 3 is shown as expected.
Could you please confirm whether this is expected behavior or a bug?
Also, is there currently a workaround that allows us to assign schedule blocks to Day 3 while keeping the actual event end time at 2:00 PM?
