Is it possible to get the previous version, 2.4.10 so that I can try rolling back to get the CSV to work again? I really need to be able to generate this spreadsheet for my client’s weekly updates.

 

Greg were you able to update to the latest version 2.4.11?

Hello Greg, my friend! Yes the new option in event tickets will remove ticket holder details completely. The issue I see is, the ticket holder data is not in table format. Please allow us to make that change into table format and that should resolve the email in outlook not formatting correctly. 

Allow us sometime to get the formatted and I will upload a updated copy into your website once it is complete 🙂 — let us know if you do not want us to update your tickets addon 🙂 

Hello Jeffrey, something Artem has discovered. Generate location coordinates were not working properly. 

The error messages on screen.

first one is from google maps API. and other is when Openstreetmaps API is enabled to use to for coordinated generation and it could not find the location. 

Just keep this in mind going forward.

We can not find any orders with your email address in our system. You might have used a different email address to purchase the addon.

If you can send us order ID we can look up that way as well.

please check now should be properly adjusted now on the mobile. We will make sure to include this changes in the next version update to RSVP addon.

And when you add it to your Google Calendar, does it change the time to your calendar’s timezone?
