To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Thanks for the update, I’ve bought a new licence for the add on Events API via your site and have replaced that with the old one and it seems fine now. I’ve activated my licence on the live site, it won’t let me activate it on the dev site too so I’ve left that for now.
On the live site I’ve switched the licence to mine and that didn’t help, I’ve then removed the old version of the plugin and replaced with a fresh download and that seems to have worked fine, I’ve left the dev site as it was in case you need to look at fixing that issue for other users.

Just FYI, we are based in Australia, so we would appreciate if you are able to look into this with more detail to avoid the back and forth each day given the time difference. We want to try avoid writing one comment per day as this is quite an urgent issue that has been ongoing for over a week now.

It generates a theme for you very quickly.
Activate the theme then copy the file plugins/eventon/templates/taxonomy-event_location.php into {custom-theme}/eventon/taxonomy-event_location.php
Then visit the location item page.
We are simply following the plugin’s instructions in the file ‘taxonomy-event_location.php’ as it says:

* In order to customize this archive page template
* Override this template by coping it to ../yourtheme/eventon/ folder* @Author: AJDE
* @EventON
* @version: 4.6.1

Are you able to please escalate this to Ashan so he can take a look? He will know what I am referring to regarding custom themes/non-block themes.
