To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Do you mind sharing a link to the event where you are seeing this issue because I just checked on your site and looks like the ticket confirmation email time is correct.

Hello,

If you go to EventON > Search > enable Include events in default wordpress search results. This way you can use WordPress’s Search link to allow users to search for all the content available.

Our test site’s search link:

Other option is to create a new page and put Search Box [add_eventon_search] for users to search for events.

Yes it wont work on those themes. If you refer to my previous comment earlier:

When we activate any of the default WordPress themes such as Twenty Twenty-Five etc, it displays correctly. That is because these themes are block themes. We don’t want to be testing on block themes.

 

All twenty twenty five, four, three, two etc etc are all block themes. My site is using a custom theme (classic theme), which means all my files are running php, not html. I follow this template hierarchy: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/

 

Try to install a boilerplate theme in your local environment, then install eventon,then try to override the taxonomy-event_location.php template.

If you are not able to do this, Is it possible to ask Ashan to take a look?
