there is an email that gets sent to the person who rsvp’d- thats automated

2: this is not currently an option you can “kind of” get it working with the waitlist and RSVP addon but – let me double check with ashan to see if he can add a quick feature

3: don’t really know anything about microsoft dynamics- does this interact with the wordpress users at all? would need more info on it

4: yes we have a qr code for scanning addon

is there any way to set up cron on your server?

wp cron relies on visitors to your website to trigger the cron where as server side cron runs no matter if no one is currently on your website.

with wp-cron if there are no visitors on your website the cron will not run

an aggresive cache can also effect wp-cron

but if you have a cpanel or most servers have the ability to run cron jobs its best to set it up on a server level- that was it runs without you having to trigger the cron yourself
