Please update EventON to 2.8.8. Before update backup EventON’s data.
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

We don’t know any compatible deposit plugins with EventON, unfortunately. The thing is that everything related to the payment functionality is handled by WooCommerce so if you can find a plugin that allows customers to choose Pay Deposit in Checkout or Cart then this will work.
You can also send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category. Maybe one of our developers can integrate https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-deposits/# to EventON’s events.

Please try using EventON Purchase Key as Envato API.
With the latest version of EventON you don’t need to add Envato API anymore. Which version of EventON are you trying to install?
Unfortunately, we didn’t receive anything. Could you upload it somewhere and send us a link?
