Hi, we updated to the latest version of eventon and still are having the same issue. Can you address this issue for our website?

Contacted the hosting company and what had happened was when the staging site was setup, it was using both databases. Hence why we were also having the redirect issue. Now that the site is live, the redirect issue should be resolved for the most part. You can still login with the credentials you have – you’ll just upload your CSS to scholarshipinformer.com instead of the other website. That’s where the changes need to happen.

The page I’ll need to edit and where scholarships will be live and added will be on the /scholarships page just as before. I think we’re still having that archive page issue where the live page is becoming a page I can’t edit at all.

Thank you for the quick response and hope you are well in the current situation.

Yes we can see those options but the issue is when we click on any of the option the screen gets stuck and no action happens afterwards.

Request you to help on this or can we schedule a call for 5 mins so my team mate can get to know as well.

There is no way to get keys from the database only form back ups.

About the licenses Ashan will check with those emails.
