Actually I tried it with something the “next” day too and it didn’t appear.

Customer applied the fix and I tried the instructions mentioned in this documentation. Still the same issue.

Okay, I see. However, when I was trying this filtering out, the event was not in the past – it was for that day. Is something the same day considered a “past” event? Actually I tried it with something the “next” day too and it didn’t appear. I’ll try again, however and let you know.

However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
and can we check default option like No end time check yes
With the customization only, I am afraid.
