Could you allow us access wp-admin > Events and EventON Settings?

Could you or may I please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation? Please start with turning off other event plugins.

Unfortunately, I cannot see wp-admin > Events, EventON Settings and Pages. Could you give us more access?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This linkwill further explain the process it. Also you can follow us ontwitterto get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also, is there a download for all the RSVP?  I need a roster or list of everyone who has RSVPed for an event separated by event.

Unfortunately, the only available option is Edit Event > RSVP > Download CSV Icon. You can also send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Please go to Edit Event with Buy Now button > User Interaction for event click > select Open Event Page.

Please go to EventON > Action User > Event Manager > enable Allow frontend editing. Also make sure that your role allows you to edit events in EventON > Action User > User Capabilities > Edit Events.

Ah yes, sorry. Unfortunately, for this you need to customize the current code. Please check eventon-tickets/includes/class-integration-woocommerce.php:53

Ok, I’ve cleaned the cache – should I be seeing something different now? Still looks the same. Nothing displaying 🙁
