I have a query, if iThemes Sync is supposed to fix and make stuff work for good, updat plugins and allow remote work with all themes and plugins, the developers have to fix their compatibility.
It is their duty, to fix this asap so the clients can us their plugin with all the other plugins to update them etc.
This is their fault, go ask them to get this fixed.

You are correct about this, but to be honest with you it is a joke to consider that a plugin like ” iThemes Sync ” where the idea is to have your web sites synced and manage all your web sites from one location, not to work with other plugins, where this is what it is supposed to do.
I would suggest to go ahead and use something else, for example ManageWP which is a rock solid solution.
