I’ve been replying directly to the support ticket on the website Basilis. I posted yesterday and made it a public ticket to see if that helped with responses. Not seeing any changes on my site regarding this plugin 🙁

4. Yes, volunteers need to choose a time. There are 2 time slots available with multiple slots for each time open.

If we are using the RSVP add on, can we assign 2 different times and slots as I had mentioned previously?

4. Volunteers for events – we have events that have a couple time slots that need several volunteers for each time slot. Send a reminder about the event they have volunteered to work at?

for instance, there is one coming up April 18 needing 6 workers from 11 to 4 and they need to add their t-shirt size when signing up; next time slot for the day is 4pm to 9 pm and 8 workers are needed along with their T-shirt size.

It seems to only make the change to the drop down order as a woocommerce product instead of an eventon event post. Do you know why this would be?

Hello,

1. Please go to EventON > RSVP > RSVP Form > enable RSVP Count — (If unckecked system will count as 1 RSVP) and Other Guest Names — (if RSVP count if more than 1). Now when RSVPing your users can add multiple people into their reservation.

2. Please purchase and install https://www.myeventon.com/addons/pdfer/ and after go to EventON > Tickets > PDFer Settings > enable Enable PDF tickets for event tickets.

3. Please check https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/general-user-guide/ > Setting Booking Values > Block Capacity. For PDFs please check 2.

4. Volunteers need to assign themselves? Could you elaborate more? The main purpose of Booking add-on is to allow you to sell tickets to events. Maybe RSPV add-on can help in this case?

Questions – is a member plugin needed if we only want to allow members to sign up for events and volunteer?

Are you referring to https://www.myeventon.com/addons/action-user/? If so then this add-on is not for this but to allow users to add events from the front-end. I think RSVP add-on should work in this case.

Hello,

Please check the current available settings of Event Lists: Ext:

sort_by=”sort_posted” is not available. Now you can event_count_list=”yes” to apply Event Count to Whole Events List. Or you can use month_order=”DESC” to sort months.

Could you please tell us what would you like to achieve so we can create a shortcode for you? Do you want show events in this order:
