Sorry if you found it strange, the thing is my client wanted to manage user roles in order to have rights to check QR tickets at the door (only) and thought that he would need the addon for that.. but few minutes after asked me to buy it, realized that this option is already integrated…

It’s confusing as to why someone would add an option before they have bought the actual ticket?
Could you elaborate more? I am not sure how a customer can buy a ticket and only then add an option. Shouldn’t it be the other way around?

I also purchased the Subscriber addon, but the I would like the template to look exactly the same as the other email templates sent out through Mailchimp
You can customize Subscriber’s New Event email templates by by copying eventon-subscriber/templates/email_new_event.php to * ../wp-content/themes/yourtheme/eventon/subscriber/. Unfortunately, we unable to help with customizations. You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
There must be a way to use the RSS funtionality to link in with Mailchimp.
