The payment method is stored the actions are done as Reccuring Payments to Paypal or Stripe and they are not just fixed if you remove the payment method.

You do need to cancel the subscription

because they don’t work, and no one was able to help me out in almost 4 weeks. So the client has decided to go another direction.

It is strange that it works once and then stops.

Are you visiting the page with the URL? Because basicly it can only work when you visit the page after paying.
