What link area? Could you elaborate more?

12am is midnight and 12pm is noon. You can change to 24h format by going to EventON > Time Settings > enable Use WP default Date format in eventON calendar (Excluding eventCard event date format). You also need to go to  wp-admin > Settings > Time format set to H:i
