If you look at our reply we mentioned “Also the site is still in development and not deployed yet so links and login to access the site wont be able to be given at this time.”.
We are unable to send you login details to the site to view at this time. We have a staging site however the action user and latest code is not deployed as still under development.
Work fine for me. You probably need to clear cache on your website, browser and server.

Thsi ticket is now private can you kindly share wp-admin access along with direct link to event submission form page to further debug this issue for you?

I am getting critical error on your website. Can not see the link. Please send us screenshots of this so then we wont have to wait till website is live to find the issue 🙂
It is a bug in our license activation system emails with + sign does not get recognized. Please use email without + sign i have changed the email to adameventon@sercante.com only for the license. This information should reflect now in myeventon.com/my-account

It is just a textarea, and not a wysiwyg area. So kindly type in HTML code for more formatted messages. I will include wysiwyg editor in the next version update to ticekts addon.
