Please update EventON to 2.8.4 and other add-ons as well. Please check for latest version of this software from here. Your issue might be related to an older version you are running and we might have resolved this already in the newer version update. If you are on latest version of our software and the issue still persist please let us know.

Please try installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and then test send an email to check if it works.

Please also try one of the emails from this website: https://temp-mail.org/en/. Maybe the problem is that your hosting provider filters emails from the server?

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation on both websites to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

I added the code on this page https://www.sfonthebay.com/72003-2/ and it works. It seems there is an issue with the server (https://www.beniciaonthebay.com/go/), since the code from our server doesn’t work as well: https://www.beniciaonthebay.com/1652-2/.
