Hello,

Please send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so we can perform several tests from our end.

Hello,

When you change EventON > Event Paging > EventOn Event Post Slug to whats-on-events, this page https://www.waterworksmuseum.org.uk/whats-on-events/ becomes EventON’s archive page. That’s why it starts looking like this:

To fix this please follow https://www.myeventon.com/documentation/how-to-customize-events-archive-page/

OR You can leave EventOn Event Post Slug empty and use this page https://www.waterworksmuseum.org.uk/whats-on-events/ as Events Page and put redirect to 404 on https://www.waterworksmuseum.org.uk/events/ with this https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ or similar plugin.

When you edit Event RSVP or don’t see the recent changes please go to Edit Event > RSVP > press Sync:

I pressed to now you can see the correct info:

Please also note that Total Event RSVP capacity is not supposed to reflect the amount of remaining tickets.

Hello,

You don’t need to put Lat and Long values for each event. Please go to wp-admin > Events > Event Location > Edit > put Latitude and Longitude. After you done from now on if you have the correct Location Address (full address with street, city, postal code, country) EventON will automatically add these values for each new location that you have added.

How many Event Locations do you have?

Could you tell us more about how did you translate your website? What plugin did you use and how events in English and Italian are connected to each other?
