OK it seems that “WP Offload SES Lite” is the culprit. I have disabled it and tickets sent fine now.
Thanks for your help. I am closing this ticket now.
Best regards
Guillaume

Hi Artem,
Thank you for that.
OK so back to the original question, if I purchase the “tickets” add on, can I use the enquiry part without enabling the actual purchasing of a ticket?
Thank you

Do you know how I will pass the contact details of the vendor on to the form, however?
Unfortunately, no. You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Hello,
Could you update EventON to 2.8.5? To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
After update please follow this guide: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/wpml-eventon-front-end/ OR https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/setup-language-corresponding-events/

I checked wp-content folder and it seems that WP didn’t create debug.log for some reason.
Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation? Maybe a third-party plugin or the theme somehow affect EventON.

Thanks Ashan for your suggestion!
I did whatt you wrote but the problem has not been solved!
Thinking about the steps I took, this came to my mind: maybe the plugin crashed after choosing the level, clicking on “Add to Cart”, going on Woocommerce, then I forced the woocommerce order and put it in the backend as “completed” to see if he returned to the submission page. Perhaps it is from that moment that the two plugins no longer talk to each other. Perhaps for Woccommerce the order is completed but for ActionUser Plus it is not. Hence the ActionUser Plus warning “Could not add to cart, please try later!” If so, should I reset Woocommerce completely?
Thanks again!
