I will give this a try this weekend. I have used Contact Form 7 before so creating the form will be no problem.

Do you  know how I will pass the contact details of the vendor on to the form, however?

When you put add_eventon shortcode before YearlyView it stops showing most of events: http://www.simplicity-organizers.com/2278-2/

I don’t know what Incognito is. When I open the site on my Mac, on my iPhone and on my iPad they all load without the February events and the circles are off center. Attached is a screenshot.

It seems that flex doesn’t work correctly:

3. Could you elaborate more? It’s white in EventON Settings and the same color in the calendar:

It seems that there is an issue on the server side:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

I checked your messages and I don’t think you mentioned this:

Calendar widget populated in sidebar with all events

I need 1 CALENDAR that only displays the events based on their role.
