but if i want to upgrade it to a multi site license how do i do that if i dont see it in my account??

Please let us know when you fix this issue. We can deactivate EventON for you if you send us FTP access.

Hello,

Did you purchase any add-ons? Because you cannot see the main plugin license in http://myeventon.com/ you need to go to CodeCanyon > Account for this.

We don’t seem to be able to log into the site anymore and have an EventOn error now on our login page. Our correspondents arent able to login anymore. Im going to ask my support to disable the eventon plugin or what else they can do to restore access to us. The front end is running but the backend isnt but the front end might be running because it’s cached through cloudflare

Unfortunately, for more you’ll have to customize the source code. You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

I cannot see EventON Settings, Events or Pages in wp-admin. Could you give us more access?

Just looked at the console in developer kit in the browser, and noticed the following error:

Ah yes, sorry for my mistake. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
