You can just test things out without activating the license. When ready move the license to your new website.

Hello,

Could you manually update the add-on?

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Meanwhile I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan. He’ll check what’s going on with the autoupdate. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!

Hello,

I have added the following @font-face CSS rule:

Could you also tell us where did you add the rule?

Hello,

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

Also go to EventON > Time Settings > make sure to enable Hide past events for default calendar(s).

Or try adding event_past_future=”future” to the shortcode.

Hello,

Please check https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/terms-and-conditions-and-refund-policy/ > 7. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal > 7.4 Subscription Refunds. A renewal reminder mail was sent before the charge was made. We had given you opportunity to cancel if you didn’t want the renewal.

can you provide a screenshot of exactly what is showing arial font

and if the font you want is working on parts of the event- highlight it so we can tell

with tickets- and stripe payments- it depends if that stripe goes through the woocomerce checkout as you need woocomerce for our tickets to work (woocomerce is free)

some stripe payment plugin bypass the woocomerce checkout and as a result the tickets wont work

see video

so if you go through the full checkout process adding to card then from cart to checkout then it will work

so when it comes to selling

you have woocomerce which is the payment system
you then have payment methods which are woocomerce extensions- set up within woocomerce

and then our tickets integrates with woocomerce

as long as they go through the checkout eventon tickets will work but if they have those quick buy or express checkouts that bypass the checkout it wont work

we can help set things up to a degree- setting up stripe is more of a woocommerce issue rather than an eventon issue, for help setting stripe up you really want to use the people who made that plugin

Hello,

If I purchase this add-on, could you help me set up Stripe payment for event tickets?
https://www.myeventon.com/addons/event-tickets/

For rsvp-events (I just need a simple registration form; I’m not sure this add-on is really necessary; it seems too complex):

Thanks.

We’re unable to turn off our current site as yet, the new site is a couple of weeks away but we need to test the events in the new site, so deactivating the current license won’t work for us.
Is there anything else we can do?
